On the 24th Sept Alison & i set off down to stay near Bill & Geraldines so we could chill out before our long trip to Leonberg. The next morning we took the Euro Tunnel 4 of us & 2 dogs taking around 8 hours to arrive in the town of Leonberg with plenty of pit stops for us & the dogs.
Leonberg is a beautiful place & where the Leonberger club show was held was very scenic, we met up with many of our friends from America, Sweden & Holland. It was lovely to see them all again & what was so wonderful 5 from the Kwenobe litter would all be re-united. Bill was handling Lanta in the breeder/ owner class while Aplin was in Open & Shiku in Ch class, Breeze was to be in Open Bitch all got an Exc, Lanta won his class & then was pulled out to run against the German Ch dog who was to be the BIS so i was chuffed to bits with that result. We also won the breeders class with 4 of the dogs as Kimya wasnt entered she couldnt join in, the judges thought they were all so typy, we had made history as the 1st UK litter to win the breeders stakes.
It was very tiring but well worth it what a laugh we had & exc food we came home very happy now to the longest trip out to the W Show in Bratislava only me & Alison going with the 2 dogs, we are doing 2 shows in 2 days hope Lanta dosent fall asleep or me.
